- Coordinate customized temporary housing solutions for displaced policyholders
- Serve as a key point of contact for policyholders during their relocation
- Conduct detailed market research to locate viable housing options
- Collaborate with housing vendors and landlords to secure short-term rentals
- Maintain accurate data in housing databases and CRM tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university preferred
- Two (2) years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or account management
- Previous experience in insurance, temporary housing, corporate lodging, or real estate strongly preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills
- Ability to handle multiple claims and assignments with professionalism and urgency
- Experience in customer service roles within the insurance or real estate sectors
- Familiarity with lease agreements and rental market trends
- Proven ability to manage high-touch service for VIP clientele
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
