Accountabilities
  • Develop and execute national sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead cross‑functional initiatives with Marketing and Product Development.
  • Negotiate and manage strategic partnerships with major dealer networks and A&D firms.
  • Provide thought leadership on market trends and competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate with regional sales leaders and independent rep groups.
  • Represent the brand at high‑profile industry events.
  • Own forecasting and budgeting for the Canadian territory.
  • Collaborate with the VP Global Sales to shape long‑term commercial strategies.
Requirements
  • At least 10 years of sales experience in strategic account management and market development.
  • Expert negotiation and influencing skills at senior stakeholder level.
  • Ability to lead cross‑functional projects and drive alignment across business units.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for executive audiences.
