- Proactively resolve client issues and elevate matters to management as needed
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of solutions for customer challenges
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer support strategies and materials
- Drive strategic add-on and renewal business to enterprise customers
- Minimum of 2 years of business-to-business account management experience
- Excellent verbal written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with CRM software;
Salesforce preferred - Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
- Experience in a customer success or customer service role within a technology or fleet management environment
- Familiarity with account planning and management best practices
- Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction and retention
- Knowledge of the fleet management industry and its trends
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
