What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Build and maintain relationships with assigned mid-market level accounts to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Proactively resolve client issues and elevate matters to management as needed
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of solutions for customer challenges
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer support strategies and materials
  • Drive strategic add-on and renewal business to enterprise customers
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 2 years of business-to-business account management experience
  • Excellent verbal written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with CRM software;
    Salesforce preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in a customer success or customer service role within a technology or fleet management environment
  • Familiarity with account planning and management best practices
  • Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction and retention
  • Knowledge of the fleet management industry and its trends
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
