- Drive strategic add-on and renewal business with enterprise customers
- Minimum of 2 years of business-to-business account management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience working with CRM software;
Salesforce preferred - Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
- Experience in a customer success or account management role within the fleet management or technology sectors
- Familiarity with account planning methodologies
- Ability to demonstrate a track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention
- Knowledge of industry trends and challenges in fleet management
- Proven ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
