What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Maintain client relationships through disciplined account planning to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and providing effective solutions
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of solutions to address customer challenges

What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 2 years of business-to-business account management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience working with CRM software;
    Salesforce preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required

  • Experience in a customer success or account management role within the fleet management or technology sectors
  • Familiarity with account planning methodologies
  • Ability to demonstrate a track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention
  • Knowledge of industry trends and challenges in fleet management
