• Maintain client relationships through disciplined account planning and enhance customer satisfaction
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently
• Develop a thorough understanding of the employer's solutions to address customer challenges
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve support quality and efficiency
• Drive strategic add-on and renewal business with Enterprise customers

• Minimum of 2 years of business-to-business account management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with CRM software;
  Salesforce preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

• Familiarity with fleet management solutions or related industries
• Proven track record of success in client retention and churn reduction
• Experience in developing customer-oriented strategies and solutions
• Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
• Knowledge of market trends and customer needs in fleet management
