What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Maintain client relationships and enhance customer satisfaction through disciplined account planning
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints while providing effective solutions
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the employer's solutions to address customer challenges
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer support strategies and materials
  • Drive strategic add-on and renewal business for enterprise customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 2 years of business-to-business account management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience working with CRM software, preferably Salesforce
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Familiarity with account planning and customer success strategies
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the fleet management or related industry
  • Proven ability to proactively identify and mitigate account risks
  • Strong analytical skills to assess account performance and drive improvements
  • Experience working in a remote environment
