Remote Salesforce Developer

Overview

Insight Global is seeking a Certified Salesforce Developer. This role would be fully remote position as well as a direct hire. Our client is a full-service mortgage bank committed to innovative solutions in the mortgage industry. They handle all aspects of the loan process in-house and are experiencing significant growth. As the Salesforce Developer you will be responsible for the development of the whole salesforce pipeline, be the primary point of contact for the platform as well as optimizing the internal CRM system and support loan officers and staff with onboarding, and database maintenance

Additional Responsibilities will include:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal CRM support and maintenance.
• Assist with the onboarding process for new team members by setting up CRM accounts and providing training.
• Oversee database management, ensuring accurate, up-to-date client and prospect information.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for the internal team and Loan Officers.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure CRM strategies align with business goals.

• Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Developer I and Platform Developer II)
• 5+ years of experience within Salesforce
• Experience using Jungo
• Experience in the mortgage or financial service industry
