Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid position for a Regional Business Development Manager, based in Jeddah, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The role involves developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with partners and clients, and implementing strategic growth plans. Primary responsibilities include market research, identifying new revenue streams, establishing partnerships, negotiating contracts, and achieving regional sales targets. The selected candidate will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of tailored solutions and exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

  • Comprehensive understanding of business development principles, including strategic planning, market research, and business growth strategies.
  • Proficiency in relationship management, client engagement, and negotiation skills to foster partnerships and close deals successfully.
  • Strong sales and marketing expertise with experience in identifying opportunities and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets, preferably in the fire detection and suppression industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with fire safety systems, regulations, and industry standards is an advantage.
