Affiliate & Business Development Manager REMOTE POSITION

Full-time

Company is located in Nashville but will accept remote employees.

• Research and recruit new publishers (affiliates)
• Work with publishers and advertisers to optimize delivery and campaign performance
• Ensure compliance with publishers on an ongoing basis
• Analyze publisher statistics to maximize revenue, identify opportunities, optimize campaigns and troubleshoot issues
• Build and manage client relationships
• Implement initiatives that enhance affiliate productivity, create new growth opportunities, and increase ROI
• Manage affiliate relations, communication and recruitment

• At least 2 years of affiliate management experience, with payday loan experience strongly preferred
• College degree a plus but not required
• Experience working for a reputable affiliate network and with payday loan clients
• Ability to recruit and manage new affiliates, manage network offers, and increase company revenue substantially
• Strong sales, negotiation, analytical and implementation skills
• Ability to understand and verbalize technical language involved in performance marketing space
