Location: New York

We are currently seeking an energetic self-starter with a curious mind and a collaborative spirit to join the Evaluation and Learning team as a full-time Associate Consultant, Evaluation and Learning.

As an Evaluation and Learning Team, we help our philanthropic, nonprofit, and corporate partners use data to inform strategic and programmatic decision-making, enhance the capacity and effectiveness of their organizations, and improve programs to achieve greater social impact. At TCC Group, learning defines our philosophy and approach to evaluation. We believe the real value of evaluation lies in its deliberate use.

Based on our experience and diverse backgrounds, we understand the unique challenges and opportunities in the broad social sector and help our clients thrive given their specific circumstances. We tackle hard-to-measure areas, are creative in our approaches, and enjoy what we do!

The Associate Consultant, Evaluation and Learning role offers an excellent opportunity for someone interested in making a social impact through high-quality data analyses and client collaboration to integrate findings into their work. Our client engagements are dynamic and diverse, and the Associate Consultant will support various evaluation projects of differing lengths and types. In this role, the Associate Consultant will utilize database management, writing, research, and analysis skills to address the unique challenges faced by our social sector clients.

This position will be a hybrid role, based in either our NYC or Philadelphia offices, with flexibility for remote work.

Note: TCC requires all employees to be vaccinated against COVID-19 and will require proof of vaccination.
