What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the employer's sales team and IBM, ensuring integration throughout the customer journey
  • Take operational ownership of the IBM deal pipeline, monitoring and driving progress toward closure
  • Coordinate with local System Integrators, Solution Providers, and Hyperscalers to align partners for customer implementations
  • Collaborate with IBM to grow their Git Lab practice, tracking key performance indicators and providing insights
  • Maintain accurate data in relevant systems to ensure clear pipeline reporting and communication across teams
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in sales, business, or a related field
  • Progressive experience in B2B sales or partner-facing roles, particularly with channel partners or solution providers
  • Understanding of sales pipeline management, including opportunity tracking and identifying bottlenecks
  • Strong operational mindset with a focus on data accuracy and process optimization
  • Experience working with large strategic partners and the ability to align multiple stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Previous experience in channel sales or ecosystem sales roles
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management tools, such as Salesforce
  • A growth mindset and eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to orchestrate collaborations among multiple ecosystem partners
  • Experience in sales enablement and partner onboarding processes
