- Serve as the primary liaison between the employer's sales team and IBM, ensuring integration throughout the customer journey
- Take operational ownership of the IBM deal pipeline, monitoring and driving progress toward closure
- Coordinate with local System Integrators, Solution Providers, and Hyperscalers to align partners for customer implementations
- Collaborate with IBM to grow their Git Lab practice, tracking key performance indicators and providing insights
- Maintain accurate data in relevant systems to ensure clear pipeline reporting and communication across teams
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in sales, business, or a related field
- Progressive experience in B2B sales or partner-facing roles, particularly with channel partners or solution providers
- Understanding of sales pipeline management, including opportunity tracking and identifying bottlenecks
- Strong operational mindset with a focus on data accuracy and process optimization
- Experience working with large strategic partners and the ability to align multiple stakeholders
- Previous experience in channel sales or ecosystem sales roles
- Familiarity with customer relationship management tools, such as Salesforce
- A growth mindset and eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to orchestrate collaborations among multiple ecosystem partners
- Experience in sales enablement and partner onboarding processes
