• Lead small scope projects utilizing continuous improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency
• Collaborate with business partners to identify the best change enablement strategies tailored to specific needs
• Conduct process assessments to pinpoint areas for improvement in quality and customer service
• Develop effective presentations to communicate information across all organizational levels
• Support the implementation of Lean Six Sigma tools and continuously strive to eliminate waste and improve customer satisfaction

• 2-5 years of continuous improvement experience with knowledge of methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma
• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent business experience
• Experience managing continuous improvement-related projects
• Strong statistical analysis skills and advanced PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills

• Knowledge of additional continuous improvement methodologies such as TQM and Kaizen
• Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills
• Training and mentoring experience
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and resolve conflicts effectively
