Position: Sr. Account Management Communications Specialist (Remote)

Job Summary & Responsibilities

The Sr. Client Communications Specialist is responsible for increasing client satisfaction, retention, and incremental growth through a sales strategy created in partnership with Market Leadership. This role will act as the subject matter expert (SME) for product knowledge to create and facilitate training across the organization. It supports fostering strong, long‑term partnerships with clients, consulting community and channel partners, and executes a strategic and operational plan to support business growth and client service objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Establish a sales strategy in partnership with market leaders; set specific achievable objectives and action plans; motivate others to balance customer needs and business success
  • Develop an upsell sales strategy for existing clients; educate internal teams as needed and collaborate with Account Managers to deliver directly to client teams
  • Drive revenue sales growth by upselling to existing clients
  • Gather and report data on client and product performance and sales opportunities
  • Develop, monitor, and analyze performance reports and service performance trends for each account against the plan and recommend specific actions or remedies as necessary
  • Act as SME for product portfolio, train, and coach peers to provide product knowledge
  • Create and maintain tools, job aids, and training materials to support account teams and other departments across the enterprise in their efforts to resolve issues and improve their relationship with clients
  • Other duties as assigned

10% to 20% travel for department meetings or events.

Preferred Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Project Management Certification preferred
Skills & Abilities
  • Excellent analytical skills with a proactive nature
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; comfortable interacting with both internal and external teams
  • Advanced organization skills with a drive to meet deadlines; ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, MS Teams, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Skilled with prioritization and multi‑tasking
  • Excellent collaboration and partnering skills
  • A drive to learn and apply new concepts quickly
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred
Pay Range

$66,000–$81,000 per year

Compensation & Benefits

The compensation for this position will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience. The compensation package may also include incentive and bonus opportunities.
