What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Oversee end-to-end vendor onboarding, ensuring compliance and accurate documentation
  • Analyze large data sets to identify trends, cost‑saving opportunities, and vendor performance risks
  • Coordinate and facilitate RFP processes, including vendor selection and evaluation
  • Lead automation initiatives for vendor management and sourcing processes
  • Ensure adherence to compliance, ethics, and mandatory training requirements
What Is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Analytics, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in vendor management, sourcing/procurement, or data analytics
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI
  • Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills
  • Experience with contract review, RFP facilitation, and project management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Certification(s) such as CRCR, CAPM, or relevant professional credentials
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments and with external vendors
  • Commitment to continuous learning and process improvement
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Familiarity with CLM systems (Workday preferred)
