In this role, you will be instrumental in leading distribution sales efforts and nurturing relationships with partners to drive revenue growth. Accountabilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth through distribution partners.
  • Manage relationships with distribution partners through communication, training, and support.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in distribution sales, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through distribution channels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate and develop relationships with partners.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
  • Independent, self‑motivated, and able to manage time effectively.

  • Knowledge of English language is required.
