What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Oversee the execution and implementation of organizational strategies based on company objectives and budgets
  • Maintain direct contact with assigned clients and manage client relationships effectively
  • Develop and communicate budgets, targets, and business objectives for each site
  • Lead solution development efforts that address client needs while coordinating with necessary departments
  • Coordinate and lead scheduled client conference calls to discuss performance, quality, and project status
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • College degree in a related business field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of Account Management experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with high integrity and ethical standards
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • Experience with Six Sigma methodologies
  • Demonstrated leadership capacity and ability to work autonomously
  • Strong problem‑solving and strategic skills
  • Familiarity with system programs that enable account management
