Position: Logistics Business Development Representative (Remote)

Logistics Business Development Representative (Remote)

Job Type: Full-time;
Remote

Responsibilities:
  • Identify companies in key verticals (aerospace, building materials, manufacturing, etc.) that align with the company’s service profile.
  • Use email, Linked In, and phone to connect with logistics decision‑makers — from shipping managers to supply chain directors.
  • Understand the customer’s freight profile, pain points, and technology needs to determine potential fit.
  • Schedule and prepare qualified meetings for Account Executives; participate in early conversations to ensure a seamless handoff.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data in the CRM (Salesdash) and use AI‑enabled tools, dashboards, and analytics to refine outreach.
  • Provide feedback on messaging, campaigns, and vertical‑specific insights that improve lead generation.
  • Own your daily metrics — outreach volume, connect rate, meetings booked, and qualified leads.
Experience:
  • Driven to grow into a full‑cycle sales or account management role within 12–24 months.
  • Prior experience in logistics, SaaS, or B2B sales is a plus.
  • Energized by connecting with new people and learning their business.
  • Skilled at written and verbal communication: clear, concise, and human.
  • Comfortable with CRM systems, Linked In Sales Navigator, and modern sales tools.
  • Naturally curious, articulate, and resilient.
