Senior Manager, Supplier Management & Delivery (Remote)
Full-time, United States

In this role, you will be accountable for managing all aspects of an assigned portfolio of global hotel partners, including but not limited to supplier retention, partner account management, contract negotiation, driving strategic initiatives, financials (budgets, billing, payment, and profitability), business planning and reviews, establishing relationships with key decision makers globally, staff development, business continuance, and escalation of operational issues.

You will have direct accountability to BCD and externally to the supplier for the success of the contract across multiple BCD Travel geographical regions (Americas, EMEA/UK/Ireland, APAC) or in a local country as applicable.

As a Senior Manager, Supplier Management & Delivery, you will

• Negotiate agreements with preferred suppliers (global, regional, country, 3rd party aggregators, wholesalers, etc.)
• Develop vendor maximization strategy to increase performance/earnings under new and existing preferred supplier programs
• Connect with suppliers on a bi-weekly basis to ensure shared goals are being met
• Assist with the creation of the budget, forecast for a portfolio of suppliers, and provide monthly projections on performance and income for each supplier
• Analyze supplier performance contracts to ensure optimal revenues and earnings rates
• Follow, enhance, and educate on BCD Travel Supplier Relations

About you

• Previous travel industry experience in supplier relations or partner management role
• Experience implementing & managing large market/global suppliers
• Strong project management and negotiation skills to be able to prioritize effectively and drive results
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with a wide variety of external and internal partners
• Strong Proficiency in Excel data analysis techniques including, but not limited to, creating and using pivot tables to summarize and analyze data and experience in using advanced formulas and functions such as VLOOKUP
• Proficient with Power Point
• Salesforce experience will be valued
• Effective communication skills (oral, written & presentation) in English

The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Senior Manager, Supplier Management & Delivery is between $85,000 and $96,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience and geographical location.
