Overview
YIZUMI Precision Machinery (USA) Corp, a leading manufacturer of Injection Molding Machinery, is currently seeking an experienced Director of Sales covering North America including the US, Canada and Mexico. The position will supervise and manage regional sales managers and a network of Sales Representative Companies to achieve the company’s sales and marketing goals. The position is based at the company headquarters in Iberia, Ohio, but could be based from a home office with requirements to visit the headquarters in Iberia, Ohio 1-2 weeks per month.
Business travel expectations will be 25-50%. YIZUMI-USA offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.
Base pay range

- Develop, manage, and control marketing and sales activities to achieve company revenue, margin, market share, new customer, and key account goals.
- Analyze national, regional, and local markets to develop cost-effective sales coverage strategies.
- Work with the Corporate Regional Director of Sales to establish annual budgets and forecasts, achieve sales goals, and control spending.
- Be fully responsible for filtering, selecting, hiring, developing, and evaluating the sales team (e.g., RSMs, Pre-Sales Engineers, Inside Sales, Marketing Specialist, etc.).
- Seek, select, manage and evaluate third-party sales representative companies (REPs), ensuring they meet YIZUMI-USA s requirements and that agreements are reasonable and fair.
- Assist in developing exhibitions and advertising promotional plans, report on effectiveness, track leads; plan/organize/attend exhibitions to promote the YIZUMI brand and products.
- Develop sales presentations and ensure RSMs and REPs have current materials to deliver a consistent and professional message to customers.
- Assist in quote development with overall responsibility for quotes sent to customers; directly contact/visit key customers as needed.
- Regularly produce market insight reports covering customer purchasing behavior trends, competitor movements, changes in market size, industry trends, and strengths and weaknesses of products.
- Develop/review/update sales policies and procedures, ensuring team compliance.
- Work with the Corporate Regional Director of Sales to manage stocking plans and minimize slow-moving inventory.
- Work with the YIZUMI-USA Finance team to ensure accurate and timely commission payments, and assist in collecting past due receivables and highlighting risks.
- Contribute market feedback regarding the Y-HPM products on technology, quality, pricing, etc. to the product team.
- Experience: 3 or more years’ injection molding/die casting machines Sales Management experience, plus 3 or more years of direct sales experience, or plus 3 or more years’ experience in a role of operating, supporting, or designing injection molding/die casting machinery equipment.

Understanding of Injection Molding Machinery Equipment (including all-electric and servo hybrid machines) or Die Casting Machinery Equipment; familiarity with the competitive landscape of the injection molding machinery market. - 2. Sales & Market Competency

Ability to develop and deliver sales presentations, negotiate, analyze market data, and formulate annual sales plans and cost budgets. - 3. Team & Partner Management

Experience and knowledge to professionally supervise and manage employees and representative groups. - 4. Financial & Business Acumen
