• Ensure customers enhance the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations using the IoT platform
• Develop and implement joint success plans with customers, detailing their goals and metrics
• Conduct executive business reviews with customers and the employer's leadership team
• Facilitate workshops to analyze customer operations and recommend workflow improvements
• Serve as a mentor within the Customer Success and Support teams while upholding the employer's cultural principles

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting, preferably in Enterprise SaaS
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• Strong priority management and emotional intelligence
• Experience working with technical products
• Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders

• Strong bias for action and ability to think big with high standards
• Experience supporting large-scale solutions for Public Sector organizations
• Ability to thrive in an unstructured and fast-paced environment
