Position Overview
The Performance & Accountability Coach is a high‑impact, execution‑driven mentor responsible for helping ERA Group consultants (who are Owners) consistently meet activity standards, follow proven sales methodologies, and deliver predictable sales results. This role combines sales coaching, skill development, and performance measurement to create a culture of discipline, clarity, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Consultants to a proven sales model using Spend Vue cost intelligence demo’s.
- Hold franchise consultants accountable to a mapped set of activity metrics.
- Conduct 20+ hours of weekly one‑on‑one accountability sessions focused on execution, barriers, commitments, and gamification goals. 40 total hours weekly.
- Monitor KPIs and identify performance gaps early, help move forward as needed.
- Coach existing resources on prospecting, discovery, objection handling, and closing.
- Review and coach to Enzy activities and provide tactical feedback.
- Monitor Enzy dashboards and performance scorecards.
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Operations on readiness and performance needs.
Working from Lehi, UT Office Tuesday – Thursday. Home Office Monday and Friday.
Base Salary: $65,000 – $70,000 (commensurate with experience).
Performance Bonus: 15% of base for goals hit.
High‑performer potential:
Up to $90,000.

The Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate would have 3+ years of experience in goal setting and accountability. Experience in holding performers accountable. Additional expertise with structured sales methodologies (Sandler strongly preferred). You would need to be a strong communicator and able to coach owners through mindset, behavior, and execution barriers.
