What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Oversee site readiness activities to ensure successful circuit delivery
  • Manage the ticketing process, including monitoring statuses and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Process Move, Add, Change, Disconnect (MACD) service requests accurately
  • Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders, including Solution Providers and End Customers
  • Assist with reports and ad hoc administrative tasks as designated by the Team Leader
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to ensure high levels of productivity and quality
  • Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
  • Willingness to comply with work/break schedules to meet service levels
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in business process management or operational management
  • Proven ability to contribute to team performance and boost productivity
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and service request processes
  • Strong organizational skills for handling multiple tasks and priorities
  • Previous experience in a remote work setting
