• 6-10 years of experience in Consulting, Finance, Business Operations, or Sales Strategy & Operations
• Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills with a deep sense of curiosity
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
• Proven ability to build trusting relationships and influence executive audiences
• Strong presentation skills, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and concisely

• MBA is a plus
• Experience with large data sets and tools like Data Bricks, Big Query, or SQL
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gong to enhance productivity
• Background in go-to-market strategy focused on new products
• Spanish speaking is a plus
