Demand Planner

We are hiring for a Demand Planner for an amazing business based in Marlow.

We’re on the hunt for an awesome Demand Planner to work alongside a brilliant Demand Planning Manager and help shape their strategic direction. This is your chance to make a real impact in a fast-paced, consumer-driven business where your insights actually matter.

What You’ll Be Doing
Get ready to dive into data and keep the business ahead of the curve:
 
Reviewing & analysing sales forecasts — breaking them down by customer and product
Spotting risks, patterns, and anomalies before they become headaches
Keeping our forecasting history squeaky clean for stronger statistical accuracy
Owning phase-in/phase-out updates & master data in our forecasting system
Updating system forecasts when needed
Supporting monthly demand reviews with Sales Managers
Weekly deep-dives into over- and under-selling SKUs
Reporting on forecast accuracy and helping drive smarter planning
Taking on ad-hoc tasks that keep the department running smoothly  What You'll Bring
We’re looking for someone who’s as sharp with spreadsheets as they are with strategic thinking:
 
Min. 1 year Demand Planning experience
Strong analytical mindset — you love digging into data
Experience in consumer goods? Even better
Cool under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Confident handling routine tasks with precision
Solid Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivots, IFs, SUMIFs)
SAP experience = big bonus
