Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday

As a Location Independent Worker, for operational reasons you may be required to perform your duties, either temporarily or permanently, from any of Vodafone’s UK offices or customer sites within a reasonable geographic area of your home address. As a member of the Soho sales team, you will be responsible for delivering partner performance across mobile acquisition and retention and also broadband. You will work cross-functionally with Demand Generation Go-To-Market, Commercial, Performance teams and the operation to drive the shaping of the delivery of a diverse range of initiatives, which will drive the business forward and impact Vodafone UK’s performance.

You will be accountable for the scheduling and reviewing of all comms and training to our frontline staff and to ensure that the necessary forecasting activity have been concluded. Omni channel alignment is critical for our customer experience.

Stakeholder management is a key part of the role and you will be expected to implement and measure sales action plans, and share success at executive leadership team trading meetings.

• Customer facing or Channel Partner experience
• Sales experience, preferable contact centre experience
• Good stakeholder management and presentation skills enabling cross-functional collaboration up to Senior level.
• Applied thinking to provide practical solutions to challenging problems
• Great communications and negotiation skills to collaborate and encourage those who are partners and not directly employed by Vodafone
