We re on the hunt for an awesome Demand Planner to work alongside a brilliant Demand Planning Manager and help shape their strategic direction. This is your chance to make a real impact in a fast-paced, consumer-driven business where your insights actually matter.
What You ll Be Doing
Get ready to dive into data and keep the business ahead of the curve:
- Reviewing & analysing sales forecasts breaking them down by customer and product
- Spotting risks, patterns, and anomalies before they become headaches
- Keeping our forecasting history squeaky clean for stronger statistical accuracy
- Owning phase-in/phase-out updates & master data in our forecasting system
- Updating system forecasts when needed
- Supporting monthly demand reviews with Sales Managers
- Weekly deep-dives into over- and under-selling SKUs
- Reporting on forecast accuracy and helping drive smarter planning
- Taking on ad-hoc tasks that keep the department running smoothly
We re looking for someone who s as sharp with spreadsheets as they are with strategic thinking:
- Min. 1 year Demand Planning experience
- Strong analytical mindset you love digging into data
- Experience in consumer goods? Even better
- Cool under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Confident handling routine tasks with precision
- Solid Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivots, IFs, SUMIFs)
- SAP experience = big bonus
- Clear, confident communicator with stakeholders at all levels
