The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of Human Resources experience with a focus on compensation practices, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. This remote role requires residency in approved hiring states, and may entail relocation to Utah.

Competitive salary range between $85,000 - $110,000 USD is offered.
