What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)- Serve as a primary operational partner to field sales and broker teams to streamline customer-facing processes
- Maintain accurate promotional plans, forecasts, and sales events in trade management systems
- Oversee customer contracts to ensure compliance with terms and internal policies
- Coordinate the complete lifecycle of new item setups, ensuring documentation accuracy
- Partner with finance and customer teams to research and reconcile complex deductions
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales support, operations, or coordination within the CPG industry
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and reporting tools
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Experience with trade management systems (e.g., TPM, TMS) and POS data systems
- Exposure to customer portals and cross-functional team collaboration
- Familiarity with supporting broker networks, sales operations, or logistics coordination
- Analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable business insights
