Job SummaryAs a Sustainable Programs Manager, you will identify, assess, and support prioritization of climate‑related risks and opportunities across our business, develop and implement mitigation strategies, lead Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) goal management, support regulatory disclosures, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to embed sustainability across our initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, assess, and support the prioritization of climate‑related risks and opportunities (physical, regulatory, and market) with potential impacts on business continuity and profitability.
- Support development, implementation, and ongoing management of mitigation strategies and climate transition planning for high‑impact risks and opportunities.
- Support preparation of regulatory and voluntary disclosures, including CSRD, ISSB, SASB, and TCFD.
- Lead downstream near‑term Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) goal management, including implementing and maintaining a management system to monitor goal progress and performance.
- Own customer‑facing emissions reporting and respond to broader customer sustainability inquiries, coordinating cross‑functional inputs and participating in customer meetings as needed.
- Develop sustainability‑related sales enablement tools and marketing collateral in partnership with commercial teams and other sustainability managers.
- Maintain and continuously improve sustainability knowledgebase content and internal guidance materials.
- Support sustainability‑focused employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
- Partner with the Senior Sustainability Manager to embed sustainability considerations into business initiatives and support employees in advancing climate‑related objectives.
- Support the Senior Sustainability Manager in planning and executing Arrow’s annual Sustainability Summit.
- Bachelor’s degree in sustainability, environmental science, business, engineering, or a related field (master’s degree a plus).
- 4–7 years’ experience in sustainability, ESG, climate strategy, or a related discipline.
- Experience with greenhouse gas accounting and emissions reporting.
- Working knowledge of sustainability and climate frameworks such as SBTi, CSRD, ISSB, SASB, and TCFD.
- Experience coordinating cross‑functional initiatives and working with stakeholders across functions such as commercial, operations, communications, and legal.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Experience supporting downstream or customer‑focused sustainability programs.
- Experience supporting downstream or customer‑focused sustainability programs in a B2B, technology, or distribution environment.
- Familiarity with climate risk and opportunity assessments and transition planning concepts.
- Experience developing customer‑facing sustainability materials or sales enablement tools.
- Experience supporting sustainability disclosures for a global or publicly traded company.
- Relevant training or certifications (e.g., GHG Protocol, SBTi, ESG‑related credentials).
Hybrid:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Panorama Office site;

Annual hiring range: $98,900 – $132,000 (actual compensation offer to candidate may vary based on location, experience, education, and skill level).
