Position: Senior Analyst, Risk & Quality Reporting (Remote in IL)

Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with assigned health plans to document requirements and create custom health plan reports
  • Build intervention strategy reporting and track HEDIS performance
  • Conduct data analysis, including root cause analysis, to identify trends and anomalies
  • Assist in testing changes in the Data warehouse platform to ensure seamless reporting upgrades
  • Develop custom health plan reports related to managed care data, including Medical Claims and Pharmacy
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in data mapping, scrubbing, and cleaning
  • 3-5 years of experience in a Managed Care Organization with a focus on SQL and data design
  • 3-5 years of experience working with Microsoft T-SQL, Databricks SQL, and PowerBI
  • 1-3 years of experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Hadoop
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in analysis related to HEDIS and/or Risk Adjustment
  • Experience working with complex data to analyze financial and performance metrics
