• Achieving business results for our clients in various types of environments to include being an individual contributor, working with a team of TGG consultants, or a team leader at the client.

• Leading clients and TGG teams to successfully deliver on projects.
• Working with Account Leads to develop business within existing and/or new clients.

• Client stakeholders ranging from individual contributors to senior executives.

• TGG partners, principals, account leaders, managers, and staff supporting you to excel within client projects and to achieve your professional development goals.

• 6+ years of consulting or related experience with a strong track record of client service and delivering results.
• Ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects, bringing structure and clarity to ambiguous environments.
• Depth in one or more of our service areas: program/project management, business analysis, change management, process improvement, Agile, organizational design, or business strategy.
• Experience partnering with both business and technology teams to drive outcomes.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage senior audiences.
• Industry or functional expertise in areas such as healthcare, retail, insurance, financial services, supply chain, or data/technology is a plus.
• ERP/CRM/POS project experience and professional certifications (PMP, SAFe, CSM, Lean Six Sigma, Prosci, etc.) are preferred qualifications, not requirements.

Salaries vary and are dependent on considerations such as: experience and specific skills/certifications. The base plus target bonus total compensation range for this role is $110,000 to $160,000. Additional compensation beyond this range is available as a result of leadership and business development opportunities. Salary details are discussed openly during the hiring process.

TGG is headquartered in Portland, Oregon, and has team members living in various locations across the United States. Our clients' onsite and travel requirements vary—some may require daily onsite visits, while others might be monthly, quarterly, or as needed. We serve clients across diverse industries, including Fortune 100 companies, retail, apparel, government, education, and insurance. Because of this, our consultants must be adaptable, with the ability to travel and work both remotely and onsite.
