Job Description- Maintain strong supplier relationships, partner with suppliers for continuous improvement and carry out joint business projects.
- Report and monitor KPIs on a monthly basis.
- Conduct regular root cause analyses with suppliers and develop action plans.
- Collaborate with Offer Management, Operations, IM, VCO, Controlling, Accounting and Supply Chain functions to obtain and ensure high performance of suppliers and facilitate the resolution of supplier‑related issues.
- Support the global team in Supplier Collaboration Portal implementation and expand its utilization among suppliers.
- Determine logistics flow type for each supplier based on cost, stock level, shelf availability and operational conditions.
- Perform the necessary cost & pricing calculations for each supplier from the warehouse to the Metro stores.
- Negotiate with suppliers on price, operational conditions and additional services.
- Negotiate, shape and sign service level or transport contracts with suppliers.
- Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field, preferably in Industrial Engineering.
- Basic Supply Chain knowledge and sharp negotiation skills.
- Preferably with logistics knowledge or warehouse experience.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and a collaborative mindset.
- Military service must be completed for male candidates.
