What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Act as the primary owner for national‑scale residential solar financiers and O&M providers, ensuring long‑term retention and partnership health
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Residential Client Success Management (CSM) team, fostering a culture of high performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client portfolios meet performance guarantees and manage financial yield expectations
  • Identify and execute opportunities for service expansion and upsell within existing major accounts
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to provide actionable insights and advocate for features that drive client value
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in the solar industry, with at least 5 years in a senior account management or asset management role
  • Deep understanding of solar project finance, including Tax Equity structures and PPA/Lease mechanics
  • High level of comfort discussing solar system architecture and monitoring hardware with technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi‑million dollar contracts, specifically enforcing MSAs and SLAs
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • MBA or an advanced degree in Renewable Energy or Sustainability
  • Existing network of relationships within residential solar or major national financing institutions
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, BI tools, and specialized solar monitoring platforms
  • Familiarity with state‑level solar policies and federal incentives
  • Background in solar O&M or Field Service
