Who We Are Looking For:
Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) SaaS in Poland 🇵🇱🚀

We’re looking for a coachable individual seeking an opportunity that will give professional growth in sales in a scaling organization. You’ll have the freedom to think outside the box, so you’ll need to be self-dependent and really organised. If you consider yourself to be curious, creative and bold, as well as a natural people‑person who’s great at building rapport, we would love to hear from you!

Requirements

  • A proven sales/business development experience (SaaS) from 3+ years
  • Experience or knowledge in HR or with HR tech‑related platforms would also be a huge plus!
  • Fluent in Polish - must!
  • Upper‑intermediate level in English - must!
  • Desire to work in a fast‑paced start‑up working environment
  • Strong work ethic, integrity and desire to succeed, individually and as part of your team

Responsibilities

  • Territory development:
    Prospect, identify, initiate, develop and nurture business relationships and opportunities in market/target accounts to generate new business opportunities
  • Perform outbound calls and engage in other forms of communication (i.e. email, live events etc.) to prospect for new opportunities
  • Identify key decision‑makers, determine buying readiness and timelines
  • Create account maps and strategies – ensure quality and well‑researched opportunities.
  • Strategies with account executives on approach and traction to new business opportunities
  • Capture and manage information/data/metrics in Hubspot
  • Provide feedback to marketing on what conversations/content work well and what isn’t working, seeking continuous improvement
