We're looking for a detail-obsessed, ambitious operations professional to join the TDJH. After we close a sale, you’ll own all aspects of logistics and fulfillment, coordinating between multiple warehouses and making sure each customer gets each order exactly as promised (to be clear, you will not be packing the boxes, but delegating who packs them and managing underlying processes).

2-5 years of operations, logistics, warehouse management, procurement, supply chain or similar experience strongly preferred.

• Order Fulfillment Routing - Delegate between several warehouses and distributors to ensure each order is promptly fulfilled every day.
• Daily Order Hygiene - Oversee all daily orders for anomalies and issues that may result in late or improper fulfillment and resolve those issues.
• Process Ownership - Responsible for shipping, receiving, returns and restocking processes and ensuring team members fulfill their roles properly. With time, take on process design and training.
• Shipping Materials Purchasing - Order boxes, tape and other packaging materials when necessary so our warehouses have necessary supplies.
• Monthly Reporting - Responsible for monthly sales report and channel performance report (e.g., eBay, Amazon, ).
• Shipping/Payment/Etc. Vendor Management - Understand the intricacies of our operational partners, work with them to achieve goals, resolve issues, and provide business recommendations.
• Operational Liaison - Communication link between sales/support/management teams and warehouses/operational partners.

• Extremely detail oriented. Ensuring every customer gets their order on time and as promised, consistently and reliably.
• Self-motivated. A distributed team with no constant oversight; timely and willing to go above and beyond.
• Integrity. No cutting corners; owns mistakes.
• Ability to follow and document processes. Accuracy and repeatability with well-documented processes.
• Problem Solving and Critical Thinking. Navigate incomplete information and complex requests.
• Persistent, Realistic & Able to Tolerate Discomfort. Bulldog‑style follow‑up and negotiation to achieve results.
• Excel is your friend. Regularly process large amounts of data and research solutions.
• Technological competence. Learn new tools like Magento and our ERP.
• Passionate About Operations. Enjoy standardizing processes and coordinating between roles.
• Eager to Work in a Startup Environment. Meaningful impact without corporate bureaucracy.
• Functional English. Clear communication with team, partners and vendors.
• 2-5 Years Experience in operations, logistics, warehouse management, procurement, supply chain or similar strongly preferred.

• Basic HTML/CSS or other coding knowledge
• Familiarity with e-commerce and related tools (e.g., Magento, Mailchimp, eBay, Amazon)

As trust in the Daily Operations Associate grows, this role will evolve into Senior Operations Associate or Operations Manager. That means more ambitious projects and strategic participation. Pending performance, you’ll design, deploy and manage operation projects and processes, select and negotiate with vendors, and manage junior staff.
