About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Growth, we’re looking for a Part-Time Data Analyst to support our Sales & Marketing team by surfacing actionable insights from our sales data, digital campaigns, and customer behavior data. This role will help inform strategic decisions, improve outreach efforts, and optimize our customer acquisition and retention efforts.
You’ll work closely with Marketing and Sales to ensure our data is being used to drive meaningful outcomes – from identifying high potential healthcare provider targets to high-performing campaigns to understanding churn patterns and guiding product expansion opportunities.
- Customer Targeting: Supports the field force call planning cycle by using a variety of data sources to identify relevant HCP and account targets, creating actionable target lists for the sales force, and tracking/measuring sales force adherence to the target list.
- Analytics: Performs relevant assessments at the territory, district, and national levels to identify areas of over/under performance, opportunities, and insights.
- Dashboards: Build, develop and maintain performance dashboards that support key business decisions
- Incentive Plan Calculation & Analysis: Calculate and maintain incentive plans for the Sales Team, with a strong understanding of pharmacy scripts and the ability to analyze performance trends.
- Sales Cycle and Data Operations: Manages the ongoing sales operations cycle (physician add/drop, sales to quota reporting, etc,) in partnership with sales leadership
- Supports ad hoc projects (reporting, analyses, etc.) and other tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities - Marketing
- Monitor and interpret Google Analytics / GA4 data to evaluate digital campaign performance and funnel effectiveness.
- Monitor membership billing activity via Stripe, identifying trends in cancellations and churn.
Requirements
- Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in healthcare professional marketing within the pharmaceutical, healthcare and/or wellness space. HCP Sales experience is a big plus.
- Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying CRM and other relational databases.
- Advanced experience with Excel / Google Sheets (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, array formulas).
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4).
- Familiarity with dashboarding tools such as Looker Studio or Tableau.
- Experience working with marketing, billing, or CRM datasets.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a strong sense of data accuracy and integrity.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a part-time role.
- Preferred (Not Required)
- Familiarity with the IQVIA dataset or other healthcare-related data sources.
- Experience analyzing Stripe data or subscription billing systems.
- Knowledge of Python for data cleaning, automation, or JSON parsing.
- Prior experience in a Healthtech, direct-to-consumer, or subscription-based business model.
