About The Role
We’re looking for a commercially-minded Account Manager to join our fast-paced team. You’ll be the face of Straight In for new clients, responsible for onboarding, campaign strategy, execution, and driving performance. The role centers on three core pillars:
Performance (campaign results and lead generation),
Retention (building long-term, trusted client relationships), and Renewals (driving client satisfaction and upselling based on success).
With our exclusively internal progression structure, this position has been the starting point for all of our operations team and the beginning of successful careers within our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Onboard new clients with structured briefings and expectation setting
- Develop and implement tailored Linked In lead generation strategies
- Write compelling outreach copy and align messaging to client goals
- Monitor campaign performance and proactively adjust tactics for better ROI
- Regularly communicate results and insights to clients via calls and reports
- Identify opportunities to improve retention, upsell services, and secure renewals
- Collaborate with our internal operations team to ensure seamless delivery
- Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor for each client

You’ll thrive if you have- 2+ years of experience in client-facing roles (Account Management, Customer Success, Digital Marketing, or Sales)
- A proven track record of managing B2B clients and delivering measurable results
- Outstanding communication and copywriting skills
- Strategic mindset with the ability to pivot quickly based on campaign data and intuition
- A knack for building strong client relationships
- Experience in Linked In marketing or B2B lead generation (a strong plus)
