Business Development Manager - Drone Solutions (UK) Up to £35k base + £25k commission

Are you passionate about cutting-edge technology and driving growth in emerging markets? Join a UK leader in drone solutions, remote sensing, and aerial innovation - delivering enterprise-grade equipment, tailored training, and aerial services to clients across energy, defence, public safety, infrastructure, and environmental sectors.

We’re delighted to be hiring for two driven and results-oriented characters who will work closely with the UK team and collaborate with a global sales network to bring next-generation drone technology to customers nationwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Growth
    :
    Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow market share in the UK.
  • Build Relationships
    :
    Establish and nurture long‑term partnerships across key sectors.
  • Consult & Recommend
    :
    Conduct needs assessments and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Close Deals
    :
    Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and meet/exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate
    :
    Work with marketing to support lead generation and brand visibility.
  • Influence Innovation
    :
    Share customer insights to help shape future product offerings.
  • Stay Organized
    :
    Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates.
What We’re Looking For
  • A hunter mindset with a passion for prospecting and lead generation.
  • A self‑starter who thrives on winning new business.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Proactive and comfortable in a hybrid/remote working environment.
  • Willingness to travel across the UK. We also have offices in both the US and Canada!
  • Experience preferred but not required.
