We are currently on the lookout for a Senior Sales Manager to our team. This role is a remote role but requires some travel to our Collins and client sites nationally and overseas.
What You Will Do- Establishes strategy to drive implementation of initiatives, financial growth opportunities and business development efforts.
- Manages network of relationships with key current and potential customers to achieve shared goals and lead customer relations management.
- Consults with the executive leadership team to drive strategy and partnership decisions.
- Guides coordination with marketing, sales, and technology groups to implement business development strategy.
- Monitors and evaluates the external environment for financial growth opportunities. Guides the broad planning and preparation of complex business proposals and makes recommendations to senior management to drive strategic decision making.
- Customer strategy, customer satisfaction, customer escalation (1st Point)
- Demand forecast – customer stocking, maintenance planning, fleet dynamics
- Forecast accuracy and top line growth.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role at a senior level is essential.
- Aerospace industry experience is preferred.
- Account Management and Contract development experience – you must be able to demonstrate knowledge of the company’s customer base, their needs and requirements – Aerospace industry is preferred.
- Technical background is highly desirable.
- A STEM Degree is desirable for this role.
- Proven people leadership in a matrix organisation is essential.
- Solid understanding of interiors products and service offerings in aerospace is desirable.
