You will own and manage the allocation of bid coaches and related pursuit resources across priority opportunities, ensuring appropriate coverage, governance adherence, and process consistency across geographies. This role is essential to ensuring our most strategic pursuits are resourced effectively and executed in line with internal best practices and compliance expectations.

Governance & Compliance
  • Enforce adherence to pursuit governance protocols, including pursuit approvals, compliance documentation, and checkpoint reviews.
  • Track pursuit milestones and flag risks related to missing steps or gaps in resource allocation.
  • Support reporting on pursuit activity, resourcing efficiency, and outcomes for leadership visibility.

  • Coordinate training, onboarding, and communications for new bid coaches or support personnel.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Serve as a central liaison between bid coaches, pursuit managers, sales teams, and leadership stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Compliance to ensure pursuit efforts are aligned with firm‑wide policies and commercial frameworks.

  • Exposure to large‑scale proposal environments, preferably in consulting, legal, or global mobility services.
  • Familiarity with pursuit lifecycle, governance models, and resourcing operations in matrixed organisations.
Skills & Competencies
  • Highly organised and detail‑oriented, with strong follow‑through and prioritisation skills.
  • Excellent communicator with stakeholder management ability across levels and cultures.
  • Tech‑savvy; comfortable with collaborative platforms, databases, and tracking/reporting tools.
