Key Responsibilities
  • Manage weekly customer orders and review stock status.
  • Negotiate directly with customers to resolve account-related issues, including fines for stock availability.
  • Maintain and update master account data information.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly management reports, including standardized sales performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (supply chain, warehouse, and customer service) to ensure compliance with account-specific requirements and regulations.
  • Communicate relevant updates to all departments to meet account expectations effectively.
  • Support the day-to-day management of assigned accounts.
  • Assist with project management.
  • Carry out any ad-hoc tasks as required by your Line Manager.
Skills & Experience
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently, including occasional travel to customer head offices (when required).
  • Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a sales environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and general computer literacy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organised with a methodical approach.
  • Able to solve problems in a timely manner and work to deadlines.
  • Able to multi-task effectively, working concurrently on several projects.
  • Detail-oriented and enjoy analysing issues and finding the right approach.
  • Able to direct, interact, and negotiate with colleagues from multiple departments.
