In this role, you will lead the development and execution of the commercialization strategy for the next generation Endovascular Aortic Arch Repair (EAAR) stent graft portfolio will be responsible for leading upstream voice of customer (VOC) activities and engaging with external vascular surgeon customers to translate market needs into product opportunities. You will represent the customer's perspective, ensuring new product concepts are market-driven and commercially viable, and manage the introduction of new products through launch.
The right candidate will be naturally collaborative, customer‑centric, and able to manage the shifting priorities of multiple projects in a highly visible role within the organization.
- Bachelor's Degree in area such as business, engineering, or life-sciences.
- 8+ years experience in medical industry. Previous product management experience in the vascular or cardiac surgery space preferred.
- Strong clinical acumen, and ability to come up to speed quickly on new products and disease states.
- Proven ability to conduct opportunity assessments, market sizing, and roadmap development, along with strong experience in VOC research and competitive analysis.
- Strong analytical skills, including a proven ability to plan and execute market research initiatives as well as synthesize market and customer insights.
- Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and experience working closely with a range of cross‑functional business partners.
- Good organizational and project management skills, with ability to manage multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines in an environment of competing priorities.
- Highly collaborative and consistently pushes self and others to achieve challenging goals and objectives with a track record of executional success.
