We are looking for an entrepreneurial Commercial Partner
. You will work directly alongside the Founder to transform a validated solution into a market leader.

You will take full ownership of the business and commercial strategy. Your goal is not just to sell, but to build long-term partnerships with care organizations.
- Lead Growth: Identify and onboard new nursing homes and social care organizations.
- Strategic Partnerships: Build relationships with key decision-makers in the medico-social sector.
- Client Success: Ensure our existing and future clients derive maximum value from the Comelio suite.
- Product Input: Act as the voice of the market, translating client needs into strategic features for the technical roadmap.
- Entrepreneurial Drive:You thrive in environments where you don't need a roadmap or a manager looking over your shoulder.
- Commercial Expertise: You have experience in business development, preferably in SaaS, ERP, or the healthcare sector.
- Sector Sensitivity: You understand the specific challenges of nursing homes and social care institutions.
- Languages: Native or professional fluency in French is required. Dutch and/or English are strong assets.
- Co-Founder Status: Significant equity stake in the company.
