- Act as a contact and resource for vendors, business channels, and internal stakeholders
- Manage the compliance process and documentation for all vendors
- Monitor vendor performance to ensure adherence to industry compliance and regulatory requirements
- Oversee the standard vendor onboarding process and maintain vendor profiles
- Analyze reporting tools to identify trends and provide feedback to management
- 2-5 years of related title experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to partner effectively with vendors and customers
- Residential and commercial title experience, including title examination
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Experience in negotiating with vendors to meet customer needs
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions within defined procedures
- Knowledge of state regulations and guidelines related to title services
