• Develop and execute a global travel and expense (T&E) strategy aligned with corporate goals
• Maintain, update, and publish T&E policies and ensure compliance across teams
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with travel-related partners
• Administer the corporate card program and facilitate employee expense reimbursements
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance travel program delivery and user experience

• Minimum of 5 years in corporate travel management or a closely related role
• Proven track record in T&E reporting, processing, and program management
• Specialized expertise with Concur or comparable T&E platforms
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, alongside strong negotiation skills
• Bachelor’s degree required; travel certification preferred

• Current travel certification
• Experience in travel and tourism training
