Revenue Operations – Provider Due Diligence Specialist
we are looking for:
As our Provider Due Diligence Specialist, you’re the gatekeeper of quality. Every provider who wants to join the HFD platform goes through you. You’re the investigator, the validator, the risk-spotter, and the quality champion who makes sure any partner we bring on is real, compliant, trustworthy, and ready to serve patients.
This role is moving out of Legal and into Rev Ops (woohoo!), which means you’ll be at the center of a faster, smarter, more streamlined provider onboarding experience. If you love uncovering details, solving little mysteries, and keeping things organized like a pro, you’re going to thrive here.
As a
Revenue Operations – Provider Due Diligence Specialist, you will:
Lead due-diligence review for all new providers entering the sales pipeline. That includes:
Licensing / Credential Verification and Documentation Collection
- Make sure providers actually are providers (wild, right?)
- Check state licenses, board certifications, and disciplinary actions
- Gather and validate required documents:
You know the drill
Legal & Compliance Screening
- Investigate malpractice claims, litigation, sanctions, and any “uh-oh” items
- Review state and federal databases to ensure we avoid risky partnerships
Business Identity & Legitimacy Validation
- Confirm legal business names, DBAs, entity structure, and ownership
- Make sure the business is real, active, and not operating out of a magical P.O. Box in space
Operational & Financial Risk Assessment
- Ensure the provider looks like a legitimate practice (website, hours, NPI)
- Confirm the provider offers services that make sense for OUR approved patient financing verticals

Although due diligence is your star role, you’ll also support some key operational processes:
Account Provisioning Support
- Assist in setting up and provisioning provider accounts after due diligence approval
Cross-Department Collaboration Work closely with:
- Legal & Compliance - for tricky or escalated cases
- Customer Success - ensure handoffs feel effortless
Process Improvement
- Streamline due diligence and recommend smart upgrades and automation
- Document SOPs
Who You Are (Your Vibe):

- Knows your way around Hub Spot
- 4+ years’ experience in Revenue Operations, Sales/Business Operations, or Provider Due Diligence
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (preferred)
- CRM experience (Hub Spot preferred!)
- Strong knowledge of due diligence, verification workflows, or credentialing
- Ability to pay close attention to detail and be self-motivated
- Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
$30.77 - $33.17, dependent on experience.
