Position Summary / ObjectiveIn this position, you will work closely with retailers on eCommerce websites using the AVB Marketing Enterprise platform and influence teams including web design, eCommerce merchandising, web development, digital marketing, and support. As Platform Success Manager, you will interact daily with member retailers to resolve issues and manage satisfaction on the platform, using this feedback internally to drive development priorities.
Supervisory ResponsibilitiesN/A
Responsibilities- Engage with member retailers to champion product offering, providing end‑user solutions based on product knowledge.
- Assist in determining roadmap priorities with the product team based on member feedback and understanding of end‑user needs.
- Triage member issues and work with internal teams through resolution.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities in the product platform.
- Organize feature enhancement and support tasks for internal and member‑facing reporting purposes.
This position will work remotely from a home address and is subject to AVB’s Remote Work policies and procedures. From time to time, the position may require travel to attend the AVB Annual All‑Employee Meeting as well as other travel obligations such as meetings with members, conventions, shows, and events where you represent AVB. - Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or Business Administration.
- 3 years’ experience in merchandising and/or marketing within the home appliance, furniture, or mattress industry.
- Experience in a customer‑facing role and working with cross‑functional teams.
- Basic proficiency in HTML and CSS with the ability to read existing code and make simple edits.
Prolonged period of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
