What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Collaborate with remote and outside sales to grow and retain business while providing feedback on customer activity
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day customer needs, ensuring issues are resolved promptly
  • Build and maintain knowledge of the marketplace, physician practice dynamics, and customer concerns
  • Provide customer training and deliver reports on purchases and GPO
  • Update customer demographic information in SFDC and monitor customer engagement
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Typically requires 3+ years of related experience
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer care
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel, including spreadsheets, formulas, and data analysis
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and implement solutions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in healthcare distribution, GPO, Community Oncology, and industry trends
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical products and the buy-and-bill model
  • Experience with SAP and  or CRM software
  • Proactive and strategic mindset to anticipate issues
  • Strong interpersonal and resource management skills
