NT-Ware USA Inc. seeks an experienced Business Developer to identify and develop new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive sales growth. This full‑time virtual role prefers a Central, Mountain, or Western US location and balances home office and travel at roughly 40% office, 60% remote.
Your Impact- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand NT‑ware’s market presence.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and company goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Cooperate with the marketing and product development teams to create effective sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Skills & Expertise
- Demonstrated track record of success in sales or business development.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Capability to analyze the semiconductor business environment and forecast opportunities short and long term.
- Able to derive clear business objectives and communicate a sales strategy to meet or exceed them.
- Aptitude to navigate through a complex and dynamic selling environment.
In accordance with applicable law, the anticipated base salary range for this role is $90,000 – $110,000. The position works remotely from a home office and requires overnight travel and a clean, valid state driver’s license.
