This is a hybrid role based in our San Francisco office (2 days a week), offering you the perfect balance: the autonomy of home working combined with the collaborative energy of face-to-face strategising. You will be stepping into a pivotal leadership position during a time of transformation, giving you the influence to redesign our systems landscape and align our revenue operations for a scalable, AI-first future.

• Lead a Transformation: You will drive a deep strategic review of our systems, integrations, and automation. This is a role for a builder who wants to oversee significant positive changes and align complex infrastructure.
• Shape Strategy: You will set the direction for the revenue organisation, bringing a highly strategic approach to our commercial and go-to-market decision‑making.
• Empower a Driven Team: You will lead and mentor a diverse, high‑performing team across Billing, Collections, and Revenue Accounting, fostering a work culture that is as energetic and forward‑thinking as you are.
• Optimise & Automate: You won't just manage existing processes; you will identify gaps and drive the automation of billing and revenue systems to improve efficiency and Standardise Processes

• Strategic & Systems Thinking: You have the ability to look deeply at integrations and automation, spotting opportunities for improvement that others might miss.

  You possess a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of progressive experience, with at least 8 years in revenue leadership at public companies or firms.
• Technical Authority: You are a CPA with a mastery of US GAAP (ASC 606/340‑40) and deep expertise in financial systems like Zuora (Billing/Rev Pro) and Net Suite.
• Change Management: You thrive in environments undergoing alignment and change, viewing "shifting sands" as an opportunity to build a better foundation.
• Communication Mastery: You can land complex concepts with diverse audiences, from engineering to executive leadership.

• Experience navigating an accounting and revenue organisation of similar global size.
• A background in data‑driven environments or consumption‑based business models.
• A track record of successfully leading teams through major system integrations or overhauls.

The pay range below represents a reasonable estimate of the salary for the listed position. This role is eligible for a corporate bonus plan. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job‑related factors such as an applicant's skills, qualifications, and experience.
